'Arranged By' button for email messages in outlook 2003 isn't obvi

It is not obvious that the 'Arranged by' text on top of a folder being
displayed is actually a button/drop down. It is unlike other dropdowns
anywhere else in the system. Make it consistent and obvious. It took me a
while to figure out how to arrange messages by conversation.

I don't see any text that says "Arranged by". Where do you see these words?
