i'd like to arrange icon by DATE but i don't have this
option. however i have arrange icon by name, size, type
artist, YEAR... duration.
i'd like to add arrange icon by DATE in to my options

You mean in Windows Explorer, right?

When you right click on the bar (for example in the place that says
"name") you should get a fly out list that allows you to add other
columns to the view. There should be two "date" options on the list.
