ARM vs ARMV4

I got two ppcs, one with pxa250 and one with pxa255 cpu.

Should I deploy ARM och ARMV4 on these?
 
Either should work. I think that the OS version, more than the actual CPU
type, is what you care about. I always deploy ARMV4 to our PXA255-based,
Windows CE.NET 4.2-based devices.
