Are you sure you want to close Outlook?

I seem to have alot of days where I'm so busy that I close the program
inadvertently when I really meant to close an email message. Is there any
way to set a prompt message that will ask "Are you sure you want to close
Outlook?", so that I can say NO and go on doing my business.

Not that I know of. Most people want fewer "nag" messages, not more!
