Is there a popup message for "Are you sure you want to close Outlo

Outlook 2003.

Is there any option that would send me a pop-up box asking if I definitely
want to close Outlook? Sometimes my husband thinks he is closing an email
when he checks the red X but in reality it's the exit check mark that he has
clicked.
