Are these really page faults?

In Task Manager when selecting to View page faults,

explorer.exe MemUse 17,696K PageFaults 10,730 (increasing ~3 per
second)
winlogon.exe MemUse 2,592K PageFaults 5,429 static
services.exe MemUse 3,152K PageFaults 986 static
lsass.exe MemUse 788K PageFaults 1,778 static
system Idle MemUse 16K PageFaults 0 (16k Not a page?)

I imagine that these are page changes and not faults or is there someting
wrong here?

A page fault means that the application attempted to access some data but it
was not in physical memory. It doesn't mean an error.
