How can they sell for that price when everyone else does not?

Well, not so cheap when you consider that everything seems to be OEM.
I have seen OEM WinXP Home for as little as $85.

I would be very suspicious. I would not order from this place.

Usually, When ordering from a place, it has to accept money orders
unless it is reputable place like Microsoft

Then if it went through. I may consider buying more with a credit
card.

I do search through groups.google.com to see if reputable.

For U.S. orders I check the bbb.org for a report.

I wouldn't trust them. When prices are too low to be believed,

I had a problem with thesoftwareguy.com and didn
t get my money back. He claims my oem version is legal.
I say otherwise. So I oem of windows 98se that may be illegal.
I paid alot of money for that.

Actually, if you had clicked the links provided and then read that
site's self-contradictory,broken English "FAQ," you'd probably have
known it was a scam.

Full OEM CDs that are full retail versions that are legal as backup
media? Definitely not legitimate CDs.

software, and at Microsoft OEM Software does require an accompanying
hardware purchase.

I did not thing it was legit - I would never give my Credit Card info to the
"mafia".

What I don't get is that Microsoft pesters the legit user with things like
activation, yet they don't go after the "big fish". Ya, OK, I just don't
understand political BS.
