ctfmon is a system component. None of the others are as far as I can
see. qjnj. . . sounds improbable as a legit file of a third party
process; others might be. What I suggest is looking for them, renaming
to different extensions, eg .notexe and reboot to see if anything
complains. And a good thorough anti-spyware scan would do no harm
