Arcserve 2000 restore by session directories not expandable

Hi,

I use ArcServe 2000 on a W2K Server (SP 4). The backup seems to be
allright. When I try to restore by session I cannot expand the
directories that where back upped. Even to restore files from the
backup from the day before is not possible because I can't choose any
directories and files. I've used the Merge-option but this also
doesn't help.

Anyone an idea?

Are you sure you got good backups? Sounds like you may not have. However,
this isn't a W2k issue - try CA support (such as it is).

The Backup is good because I've restored (the whole root) to another
location and all the data is there.
