I use Outlook 2000

Once a year I save my archive file to CD ROM, as the file is now over 600 MB
in size I am getting concerned that shortly it will not fit onto a CD.

How do I create a new archive file so the old archive file is not added to?

Thanking you in anticipation

Create an archive and when prompted, give it a new name. Some do this using
the year for the archive name such as archive2004.pst.
