Is it possible with Outlook 2003 to "archive" the entire work of one user in
order to set up another user "cleanly?" I recall OE having the "switch user"
option, but that seems lacking in Outlook.
I also want to be able, as needed, to access that archived data, especially
the emails.
I'd like to archive the previous user's email, address book, calendar, task
list, etc. and then have a clean slate for the replacement employee to
start with
