Archiving

Hello,

I want to archive an entire mailbox (all folders the same way) do I just
do some sort of setup on the top most folder ( Outlook Today ) and it will do
all subfolders the same ? And if you archive......(we are in a MSExchange
environment) does it delete those archived items off the exchage server? Or
do you have to checkmark that "Delete items permanetly" box on each
folder/subfolder

when you archive it gives you the folder list of what you want to archive,
just click on the top one, outlook today, and make sure the box is checked,
archive sub-folders, and yes, that will delete them from the exchange server.

So I do not want to check that "delete items permanetly" checkbox?
