Archiving help

I need to archive multiple users mailboxes

Few questions

1 - If i do it by autoarchiving will folders that the user has created in
his mailbox also be archived too? If i click the option "apply this setting
to all folders" under tools/options/autoarchiving does that mean folders
he/she has created too will be archived or is it just the default outlook
folders?

2 - Does Autoarchiving move mail from the users mailbox to the archive
mailbox or does it simply create a sort of mirror image copy of the data
leaving original files/emails in place. (I assume the former)

1. The folder tree structure remains intact so all their sub-folders will be
made in the Archive.pst folder.


2. If you set the AutoArchive to move it will. If you set it to Delete it
will.
