Several of my users have large .pst files.
As we had shortage of desk space, I asked them to delete old mails.
- but how do I reduce the archive.pst files?

Open the archive files and delete items from it?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Henning asked:
