We have our Outlook XP users in a Citrix environment, and
use policies to control most settings for Outlook.
One setting is to show the the Archive Folders in the
folder lists, so the users can easily access archived
items. However i have just noticed that in the Archive
Folder for all users, the Deleted Items are set to
perminently delete items older than 2 month, therefore the
users archived deleted items are no more!
Is there a setting, i.e. policy or something, so i can set
for all users not to archive the archived deleted items?!?
Instead of having to visit every user's outlook to
manually change the autoarchive properties.
(it seems pointless to archive an archive file!!!)
