Archive & Sending Emails

I keep most of my emails messages in folders in the Archive section, because
of server limitations at work.
If I respond to a message that's in an archived folder, my name does not
show in the "from" field. (I have my sent saved in the same folder as the
original mail).
I'm not sure how the recipient's receive the email (if they can see it's
from me).

Is there a setting for archived folders, so I can program it to always
include that info - just like it does when I send from the inbox?

Thanks,
Nicole

I forgot to mention I'm using Office 2003.
Can anyone help me with this?
Thx

AFAIK the "From" field is used when you send an email on behalf of someone
else - the recipient will still see you as the sender.
