archive.pst cannot be opened

I am not able to autoarchive in Outlook 2007. I get the following error
message:

Error while archiving store "Personal Folders". The file
C;\HP_Administrator\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\archive.pst cannot be
opened.

Please help.
 
With outlook closed, you could try the repair tool, scanpst.exe against the
archive.pst
 
Does that file actually exist? Is the path correct? (Note the semicolon
after the drive letter C)

And even more than that, there's no Users folder. On a Vista machine I
would expect the path to be

C:\Users\HP_Administrator\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\archive.pst
