Hi
I have been having a problem for a while, about which I have posted
previously, but nothing I have done has stopped it happening permanently.
I have Win XP with Outlook 2002 SP3, and when I start up Outlook I get an
error message "The data file "Archive folders" was not closed properly.
This file is being checked for problems". I then have to wait until the
file is checked - 30 secs or so.
I get this message every time I start up Outlook, and I always close it by
either ALT-F4 or clicking on the top right-hand cross.
What I have done so far (after previous posts)
* Installed (and paid $5!) for Shutdown Addin
* Run Scanpst.exe (nothing found)
I've also done Detect and Repair from Help menu.
All seemed to help for a couple of days, then it starts again.
Could anybody please tell me why it is doing this and what I should do to
stop it?
Many thanks
Caagh
