Archive doesn't archive

I've two questions about archive.

Is there a way to specify the time-of-day for an archive to occur?

I have a 2nd machine setup much like the first. Outlook never archives.
I've checked that folders are set to auto archive.

Any help?

Cehck the tools-- options and see if the same is enabled there too.
