Outlook 2003. Is there a way to save older messages, i.e., archive
them, without actually deleting them out of outlook? Unless I'm
mistaken, archiving moves the designated messages to the selected
archive pst file, right? But what if you want to do this to save them
offsite, for example, yet keep the messages handy for easy reference?
Is this doable? I'm thinking probably not, but hoping
