hi group,

i need some advices how to realize an additional outlook form.
background information:
we are a company with some employees who are involved in customer projects.
i want to handle our customer, our staff and the projects using outlook.
i developed contact forms for the staff and for the customers. now i need a
form for the projects but i dont't know on what kind of form i should base
it (assignment, notice, contact etc.). could anybody give me an hint which
kind of form i should use to develop the projects form?

after developing this projects form i want to map the customer and the staff
contacts to the projects so that i can see which customer and which employee
is in a particularly project involved. furthermore i want to change the
views so that i could see in which projects is a particularly customer
involved and which employee works on this project. last but not least, i
want to see in which project is which employee and which customer involved.

has anybody some advice or an example solution?

thanks for any hint

martin

I would use a contact form, mainly because that will allow you to use the Links collection ("Contacts" in the UI) on all related items to link back to the master project item.
