Apps fail to execute

Kemlo Gray

On a Win2k Server (also on Win2k Pro) when I double click
on Add Remove Programs in Control Pannel, I get an hour
glass for a second then nothing. I also noticed that in
Windows Explorer or My Computer, when I click on the
folders button, the left pannel opens but is blank. I
don't know it the two are related. Any ideas?
 
Symtoms are very similar but the fix didn't work. Any
other ideas?
