Appointments

I have a user that is using Outlook 2003 with exchange 2003. She creates an
appointment for a furture date. It added the appointment to her calendar with
the date and time that the appointment was created (modified date) instead of
the actual time of the appointment. Shen you open that appointment, it shows
correct. Any Ideas. we already tried reinstalling.
