When you con to contacts.
Right click the contact
Select new appointment

An appointment is made in the calender

When you open that appointment it does not show who that appointment is with?

This is very odd. I've found with tasks this is corrected by changing
properties and adding those to the list of data that is shown.

Where can this be adjusted and should this not be a default setting

Thanks

Outlook 2003- I'd love the ability to do that but when I rt. click, I do not
get an option to select a new appointment, just a new task or journal entry.
Is there something I must do to add new appt to the list of choices?
