What do you actually see in the meeting request? What version of Outlook is
the sender using? What kind of mail server(s)?

It just shows the date and time of the meeting. No buttons to except, decline or tentative appear in the toolbar, and the meetings dont get added to the Calender. The sender is using Outlook 2000 . The mail servers I believe is Microsoft Exchange.

Please confirm the mail server and version. ALso make sure the sender has
marked the recipient's address for rich-text.
