Appointments from work arrive as email not appointments

I use Outlook at work and at home. When I send an appointment to my wife (her
home/work pc), it automatically appears in her calendar and she can accept.
When I send appointment to my home pc, it arrives as email. Any idea how I
can fix this? OS is Win XP. Outlook runs from Office 2002.

Thank you.

make sure your home address is enabled for RTF - double click on the address
and set it to always use RTF.

double click on the address in the to field - if a contact opens, double
click on the address in the contact. Select Outlook Rich Text format from
the Internet format selector.
