random reocurring appointments

I have a customer that is having reoccurring appointments that were not sent
to her as reoccurring. she can edit the response and remove it. The one
appointment that I just looked at was also sent to others and they did not
receive it as a weekly appointment. She also sends out appointments and they
appear as a single occurrence and then end up being weekly when they arrive
at the recipient.

it is a Dell laptop. I will try removing Media Direct and see if that cures
the problem. I guess this laptop has had this problem from the beginning it
is just getting worse at this point.

Thank you,
Rich

Does she use a dell computer? They have an addin that supports their media
direct service that does this.

you really only need to remove outlooksetupaddin from outlook's addin list,
not the entire media direct thingy.
