Appointment Time

There are approximately 20 people in the office.
Only one person is having this problem.
In Outlook 2003 we have all created calendars and have given permissions to
share our calendars.
When this one person opens anyone of the other calendars, the meeting times
are off by one hour. Everyone else's show the correct time.
I have checked the time zone and it is correct.
Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks.

Did you check both the time zone AND daylight savings time settings both in
Windows and Outlook?

Milly,
Yes - I checked that.
That's what I was thinking - it makes the most sense - but they're both set
to eastern time and daylight saving time.

Thanks,
Clara

I'm having the same issue! Everyone works but 1 computer. I've checked the
time settings and everything is correct. What causes this to happen?

I unchecked the DST checkbox and the user reports her times have not changed!

Ito am getting calls from staff in regards to their calendars being
off by an hour only until April then it is normal and it aoppears
to be with Recurring appointlments.
This seems to be happening with people who are rebooting their PC
after todays critical updates.

Is there a possibly link here?

Certainly. See this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/931667/en-us

I realise that this is an old post but I just wanted to thank Bill for the
link. I too had this problem and have scoured the internet for the answer.
His post was the only one that I found with the solution. Thanks again!
