Appointment invites sent from 2003 cleints show up as recurring in

One of our Office 2007 machines is getting a problem where upon accepting a
single occurence appointment invite, it shows up in her calender as
recurring. This only seems to occur whe the meeting organiser is using
Outlook 2003. Any ideas to what could be causing this?
