Appointment author

We are using Outlook 2003 and Exchange and some attorneys may have multiple
secretaries/paralegals with permission to their calendar. Is there any way
the attorney can tell who set a particular appointment for him/her?

This has worked for me in the past:
As long as it is an active appointment. Select View, Arrange By, Active
appointments. Select the group where the appointment is most likely
Recurrence (None) if it is a single appointment. Then using the field chooser
add the Organizer column (if it is not there already) That will tell you who
created the appointment.
