Applying templates to other pages

How do i go about applying a template on frontpage 2002
that i have on one webpage to another webpage? Kind of
like pasting but without having to actually cut and paste
the whole page, just apply the template. I know theres a
way to do that with themes, but im not sure how with
templates. Thanks in advance. Also is there any place to
get free frontpage 2002 themes?
 
Templates are design time, so they only useable when you first create the
page.
