Apply pressure to MS about IE6SP1 double scrolling

Since MS' latest security patch is causing this problem
with IE6SP1 running on XP SP1 (this may very well be a
problem on other OS as well), they need to write another
patch immediately to fix this very annoying problem
pronto without any excuses or delays.

Click right under the indicator and it will only go one page.

Noty good enough, Frank!!! Microsoft messed up something which has been the same since IE4 and we should demand they correct this stupid as hell mistake on their part

This is inconvenient as hell and you know it. While your method works, it is ANNOYING. This is NOT an improvement. it's a dumb mistake. It's ARROGANT as hell if MS did this without at least telling us.

Believe me, MS does *not* intentionally release buggy updates. If it
bothers you, uninstall it.

A bug in the Q824145 patch. Microsoft knows about it.
