apply customized view to all folders

Outlook 2003 winXP
Every time I add a folder or subfolder I have to spend time customizing the
current view. Fields, Group by, etc. Is there a way to apply a customized
view to all folders or at least to subfolders as you can do in Windows
Exlorer

Change he following view;
View-> Arrange By-> Current View-> Define Views...-> select Messages->
button Modify

Although a bit buggy changing this view should set the default for any newly
created folders
