applications will not exe

When I boot up my pc w/XP normally, none of the programs will exe. this is
including pulling up the TASK MANAGER ( via right-clicking or anyother
manner). I do get a mention of sound adjustment. However, i am able to
boot into SAFE MODE and everything works with no problem.

Hi,

It's because you have an infection going on, and it simply doesn't get
loaded in Safe mode. Download stinger from the URL below, then restart in
Safe mode and run it.
