"Application Not Installed" Error Message!!!

Everytime I restart my computer I get a error message the comes up and says
"Application Not Installed - Cannot Find Installed Application." It even
appears randomly on my screen even when I do not restart. Why is this
happening? Is there any way I can fix it?

You need to identify what application is attempting to start.

It may be an entry in the startup folder [run MSCONFIG.EXE and look in
Startup Tab] or some little piece of crapware that has been partially removed.

If you don't see it in Startup run a spyware cleaner such as Spybot Search
and Destroy.

how can i post a question, I only get a box to type in by replying?

There a a "New" drop down menu to the left of the reply icon. Click on that
and choose "Question"
