Application event is logged every 3 seconds

Does anybody know what the following error message in the Application Log
means, and how to fix it? It is logged every 3 seconds. I can only find a
similar problem concerning MSN Messenger on Technet. Any help is greatly
appreciated.

Event ID: 4354, category (52), source EventSystem

The COM+ Event System failed to fire the OnNewTrackingInfo method on
subscription
{BB5EF1AB-FA50-4406-843E-868A42DD9FCF}-{41E90F3E-56C1-4633-81C3-6E8BAC8BDD70
}-{00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000} The subscriber returned HRESULT
80070005.

As I already wrote there's no information about this particular problem.
There's one similar event registered there and it's about Messenger, but
that won't help me solve this problem.
