application error

Getting the following error in Outlook 98: the instruction
at "0x05eec473" referenced memory at "0x05eec473".The
memory couldn't be "read.
Can anybody help with this?

Not without more info;
Like Outlook version, mail service being used (Exchange, POP3, IMAP, HTTP,
other...) and the steps you took already to try to resolve the problem.

It's Win NT 4.0 platform ,MS Outlook 98 with Exchange
server (I believe 2000),no steps taken yet...
