Outlook.exe - Application Error

Hello,

I am receiving an error when I close out of Outlook 2002.
The error reads: The instruction at "0x602813cb"
referenced memory at 0x602813cb. The memory could not be
read.

The title of the error is : CiceroUIWndFrame:
Outlook.exe - Application error.

This appears to be the "Speech and Handwriting Recognition"
part of Office XP. If you are not using it, try uninstalling it:

Open the CONTROL PANEL on your computer
Select ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS
Select MICROSOFT OFFICE
Click on the CHANGE... button
Browse to OFFICE SHARED FEATURES
Then ALTERNATIVE USER INPUT
Select for "Speech and Handwriting Recognition" (both)
"Not available" from the drop-down box.
