Outlook.EXE - Application Error

When closing Outlook receive the following error

Outlook.EXE - Application Error
The instruction at "0x5ec6ec2c" referenced memory
at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "written".
 
This error doesn't say much. What operating system are you using, what
version of Outlook are you using and what exactly is logged to the Event
Viewer?
