Application Error

I got the following message whenever I synchronise my
Nokia phone with the computer:
MPAPI3s.exe Application Error
The instruction at "0x77f580db" referenced memory
at "0x00300035". The memory could not be "written".
Click on OK to terminate the program

I've tried reinstalling the whole Nokia PC suite, but the
same errors occur everytime. Any possible ways to solve
the problem? What could be the cause? Hardware or Software?

Jordan, if the Application was working fine, I would check your Ram.
Try Memtest.
