Application Error

I continually get the following error message when I try
to run a program from a CD. ***Application Error***
WOWEXE has caused a Ganeral Protection Fault in module
MMSYSTEM.DLL @ 000A:0032. Only Option is to close.

Also, Is there and easy way to start Dr. Watson. I'm not
sure if he is
active?

Do you get the error for every application you try to run from the CD? Or, is it just a specific application that causes the problem?
