application error

i have been trying to access my word processorand my works task launcher and
i keep getting the same fXXKing message top right corner it says
wkswp.exe-application error with this it says the application failed to
initialize properly (0xc0150002). is there anyone who understand what that
actually means and how could this just stop working, i have tryed removing
works altogether then reinstall but did not work, so now i am really lost on
waht to do
