Application Error when closing IE 6

When closing an IE 6 window, I get the following error:

iexplore.exe - Application Error

The instruction at "0x01f6525" referenced memory at
"0x0000004". The memory could not be "read".



Any suggestions or solutions would be appreciated.

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each need to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded.

If trying everything at that site does not fix the problem please post back
in the same thread.
