What is the problem and how do I fix it?

This is part of ZoneAlarm firewall. Try shutting down ZoneAlarm,
uninstalling and re-installing.

This is from ZoneAlarm firewall. Try disabling ZoneAlam (right-click
the tray icon), uninstalling, and re-installing.
