i have been trying to download messenger 8 live but after the download has been successful i click on the shortcut and a grey box in the centre of the screen stating in the blue band of the box MSNMSGR.EXE-APPLICATION ERROR in the grey area of the box it says the application error is the following 0xc0000034 i have asked everyone and even they have drawn a blank i'm begging and pleading for someone to help .i have now reinstalled 7.5 messenger but the nudges are now silent ,and when someone contacts me it flashes orange but no alarm sound ,but i really want live 8 but for this error. as you can see from my user name i really have limited knowledge so if someone out there takes pity on me could you please reply in a tone that a five year old would understand
