hi,

at startup i get the error message from explorer.exe - Application
error
"The instruction at 0x7c9111.de referenced memory at 0x0067002e. The
meomory can't be read.

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program"

If i click debug nothing happens, if i click ok the explorer starts
over and over again, after twenty of therty restarts he finally loads
without error message.

My question is, what can i do?

i got windows xp pro with service pack2 and all updates. when i send
the error report to microsoft he tells me to turn off suspicous add ons
in internet explorer, which i did, and which did not help...

so any clues about this?

thanks for help

peter

rick,
your link leads me to a fix that is concerning internet explorer which
i already did, and did not help...as i wrote already in my first
message...

You disabled all of them and the problem still occured? And yes, the
products are intertwined so that is why I referenced the link.

Have you run a spyware scan in safe mode yet?
