Application Error at Startup

When my sys boots, there is a box that says 'APPLICATION
ERROR' I believe the prob. is "updmgr.exe" I do not know
what this is or how to go about fixing it. I have run
Norton win doc but it doesn't help.

You have spyware on your system. Remove spyware with Spybot Search &
Destroy from www.security.kolla.de and Ad-aware from
www.lavasoftusa.com. Be sure to update these programs before running
them. It is best to run antivirus and spyware removal tools in Safe
Mode.
