Application Analyzer.. Microsoft Issue Server Broken?

Hi There

It has come to my attention that I am not they only one having trouble
updating my issue list in the Application Analyzer. (MS ACT)

Is there something wrong with Microsofts ACT servers?
If so, what is the staus? I need to get compatibility information before we
start our SP2 Pilot.

Try updateing to version 4.0,you can find it at TechNet,microsoft.com.
scroll down to whats new,4.0 should be listed at top of page,otherwise
try thier search...
