Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer Issue

Are there any KB articles regarding issues related to the MS Baseline
Security Analyzer application ?

I had ran the program to verify that updates were applied, firewall was
working, etc.

So far everything was "peaked" but it recommended that I remove shares from:

"C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents"

I did and shared folders / files still works fine, shared documents shows up
where I want, but here is the real issue:

In some if not most save or load dialog boxes (and in some instances of
Windows Explorer), the "My Documents" folders for all users and per user
either shows up only as "Documents" or "My Documents" and not as the
"username Documents" or "All Users Documents" where appropriate.

Does this description make sense? Has anyone else come across this as well?
