New monitor/messing with settings and went to advanced and set to 200%dpi/now
everything's out of proportion and task bar at bottom covers advanced on
resolution setting screen to get back and change to default of 96%/any help
greatl appreciated

change the setting from the Safe Mode where a plain VGA driver is
active only.
